This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, project delays, and disputes. By engaging with our services, you agree to these policies.

2. Non-Refundable Initial Payment

The initial advance payment is strictly non-refundable as it covers planning, resource allocation, technical setup, and initial development tasks.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Work has not yet begun
• A major technical limitation on our side prevents project execution. Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind by the client
• Delays caused by the client
• Unrealistic expectations not aligned with the agreed scope
• Issues relating to third party platforms (hosting, APIs, app stores)

4. Milestone Payments

Once a milestone is started or completed, the corresponding payment becomes non refundable. Milestones reflect actual development progress and invested resources.

5. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and ad platforms, all marketing fees are non refundable. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

6. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel the project:

• All completed work must be paid for.
• Any partially completed modules will be billed proportionately.
• No refunds will be provided for completed work or ongoing modules.

7. Project Cancellation by Daniels Digital Services

We may terminate a project due to:

• Non-payment or repeated payment delays
• Misuse of the system or unethical business practices
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Refund (if any) will be considered only for work not yet started and remains at our discretion

8. No Refund After Delivery

Once the final project files, source code, design assets, or marketing deliverables are handed over, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

9. Third-Party Fees

Payments made for domains, hosting, licenses, platforms, plugins, APIs, Google Play Store fees, Apple Developer fees, or ad credits are non-refundable as they are paid to external vendors.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, it may be escalated to arbitration under applicable laws.
